Desarrollo 00:40 Start by showing the PPpresentation parts of a business letter and tell Ss your friend show you the letter she wrote to the company because she did like the gift she got on her birthday. It is a shame this is not your case. In your case, you’ll have to change it all to write a letter to let them know you are not satisfied with your TV. Showing the PPpresentation; explanation and Q$A should take about 10’ Ask Ss to pretend they have the opportunity to write a letter as you do now. Ask Ss: • What will you tell ____________?
