Phase 1: Introduction (10 minutes)



  • Greet the students and review the previous class material briefly.

  • Introduce the topic of personal family stories and their significance.

  • Show a short video clip or image related to personal family stories to engage students' interest.


Phase 2: Development (30 minutes)



  • Divide the students into small groups and allocate each group a specific family event or story.

  • In their groups, students will discuss and brainstorm ideas about the chosen family event or story.

  • Provide a list of vocabulary related to family events and encourage students to use it during the discussion.

  • Each group will prepare a brief presentation about the family event, including visual or auditory resources such as pictures, videos, or audio recordings.

  • Monitor and provide assistance as needed.


Phase 3: Closure (10 minutes)



  • Each group will present their family event or story to the class, focusing on expressing their personal perspective and using visual or auditory resources.

  • Encourage class participation by asking questions and providing feedback.

  • Summarize the main points discussed and highlight the importance of personal family stories.
