2. The students read by turns aloud, paying attention to the proper pronunciation and intention. The teacher must monitor this activity.
3. Make teams of three or four students. Print the text and give a copy to each team.
4. Underline with red color the verbs in simple past tense.
5. Write the sentences where these verbs appear, in the notebook.
6. Make a pooling about The Happy Prince:
• Describe the characters of the story.
• What did the prince did when he was alive?
• Who is the friend of the prince when he is a statue?
• What does the swallow did for her friend?
• How does the story end?
