A grammar worksheet for students to practice questions with WHY.
Sugerencia de uso
1. Download the file and make copies for students.
2. Ask students this question, Why is Luis tired? And wait for reactions. (In case there’s a Luis in the classroom, ask him to come to the front of the class and look tired)
3. Elicit ‘because’ and get different answers from students.
4. Hand out the worksheet and ask students to work individually.
5. Read the 16 statements and ask students to change them into ‘Why….?’
6. Finally, ask students to check their answers with another classmate
