2 Print as many sets of flashcards as necessary considering that every student will need a card.
3. Ask students to write down the names of 3 places they can see around their house, by the school, on the streets on the way to school. |

Offer help with grammar as needed. 7. Have some volunteers read their sentences and ask the rest of the class make suggestions on the sentences 8. Ask students to get together with other students who happen to have the same place card and compare their sentences. |

Ask students to close their eyes, listen to you say the name of a sign and tell you what color that sign is (stop, don’t touch, pedestrians, walk, etc.)

Draw students’ attention towards the left column with names of signs. If they have any questions, tell them to wait so they can get the answers by elimination. 7. Invite students to write the words in their notebooks and do the exercise by writing only the number next to the words. 8. Ask students to sit with another pair of students and check their answers. 9. Ask students to practice the names of signs by challenging each other, student A says the name of the sign, student B says the color of the sign, etc. |
