Inicio | 00:10 | 1. Have the beam projector ready to show the video suggested in the “Materiales Educativos Digitales”. 2. Tell students they are going to review the signs they have been working with. 3. Ask students to think about all different places in town where signs are seen.

Desarrollo | 00:25 | 4. Ask students to work in pairs and have their notebooks ready to draw and write. 5. There are different types of signs in this video so decide on the group of them to show to students. 6. Project the video without sound and ask students what sign that is, then, ask them to write the name or instruction. 7. Show the names of the signs in the video and ask students to compare, and correct. 8. Show a group of up to 10 signs and make sure students wrote the names correctly. 9. Invite students in pairs to show each other a different sign and say its name or instruction. 10. Invite two pairs of students to challenge each other on recognizing and naming signs. |

Check spelling and make corrections, then, ask them to write their signs on pieces of paper or cardboard (if you happen to have some in the classroom) 14. Invite students to work in groups of three and hand them a black plastic bag or container for them to put their cards in it and ask them to draw the cards and spell out the signs while the other students write down the names. 15. Invite volunteers to come to the front of the class and challenge students to spell fluently the names of some signs. |

Go to the board and use the sentences students gave you earlier in the session and compare them to the information given in the video. 7. Play one of the songs (choose the one you think goes better with the type of students you have), and invite students to sing along. 8 . Play the rap song and sing it with students. Then ask them to clap and get the beat and rhythm so they can sing different sentences using imperatives. 9. Choose the best examples that go with the rap and invite the class to sing all together. |
