Inicio | 00:05 | 1. Have the video suggested in the “Materiales Educativos Digitales” section ready in advance. 2. Have the beam projector ready to show the video to students and as you do, have students give some examples of rhyming words they remember.

Desarrollo | 00:35 | 3. Play the video and have students listen to the story and watch it up to minute 1:11. Write the names of the characters on the board 4. Once this part of the video is over, ask volunteers to tell you what the story is about. 5. Then, play the rest of the video from 1:12 to the end and invite students to read the phrases in the video when they show. 6. Divide the class into two groups and play the second part of the video again for students to read the story. Pause the video if students need more time to read. 7. Encourage students to read the story as it goes on and help them with pronunciation, if necessary.

Walk around and check their pronunciation. 6. Have students continue with the coloring activity in the worksheet for them to identify different objects and colors. 7. Next, ask several volunteers to read aloud lines of the rhyme to the rest of the class.
