1. Have the video suggested in the “Materiales Educativos Digitales” section ready to show it to students.

2. Tell students they will watch a video with different types of words to ask for information.

3. Play the video and have students watch it and read the words.  

4. Once the video is over, ask some volunteers to tell which words they were able to identify and encourage them to tell you what they mean.

5. Play the video again and have students tell you how they use the question words. Invite them to use their own words.

6. Practice the song as a class with and without music.

7. Encourage students to sing along and to practice the use of the question words.

8. Invite students to say some questions using the question words aloud.

9. Finally, have some volunteers come to the front and write the question they said. Make sure most students participate.

1. Download and print the worksheet suggested in the “Materiales Educativos Digitales” section and make photocopies for each student.

2. Before starting the class talk to students about the different question words they know and write their answers on the board.

3. As a class, review the numbers, colors, alphabet and feelings.

4. Give away the photocopies of the worksheet to students.

5. Read the instructions of each section out loud and ask students to do the activity as it corresponds.

6. Give students enough time to do each exercise. Monitor their work and make sure they complete the exercises.

7. Once they finish, ask students to read again the questions and to verify their information.

8. Next, ask students to work with a classmate and check and compare their work.

9. Then, have students get together with another pair and compare their work.

10. Finally, have some volunteers to come to the front to write their answers or to read them out loud. Make sure most students participate.

3. Play the video and have students listen to the song.

4. Then ask students what words they were able to recognize.

5. Play the song again and encourage students to follow the song as they read.

6. Practice singing the song as a group without the video for students to learn it.

7. Then, play the video several times for students to practice with the music.

8. Ask several students how they feel and have them use the question words they learned to ask some questions to their classmates orally.

9. Write some of the questions on the board and practice them as a group asking and answering them.

10. Finally, play the video one more time and sing along as a group.
